✨ 30-Minute Mobility & Recovery Sessions
These focused sessions combine movement screening with targeted treatment to help restore mobility, reduce tension, and improve how your body moves.
Sessions may include:
• Movement and mobility screening
• Hands-on mobility work and joint mobilizations
• Soft tissue and deep pressure techniques
• Assisted stretching
• Cupping and recovery-based therapies
• Dry needling with e-stim when appropriate
🌿 60-Minute Movement & Recovery Sessions
These sessions combine mobility and recovery work with movement awareness and motor control training to help restore how your body moves and functions.
Each session may include hands-on mobility work alongside targeted exercises designed to improve coordination, muscle activation, strength, and postural endurance.
This approach allows us to address weakness and impaired muscle firing patterns that often contribute to muscle tension, stiffness, and pain. By restoring proper movement patterns and improving body awareness, we help your body move more efficiently and comfortably.
